Reservation Requirements
Reservations available 3 months in advance of our grand opening.
From January 2026, guests may reserve up to 6 months ahead.
We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their reservation for a seamless welcome experience. -
Deposit & Prepayment
Card authentication is required at the time of booking.
A deposit of AED 250 per guest applies to bookings of 8 or more.
Advance payment may apply on peak or special dates. -
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a AED 100 per guest fee.

Group Bookings & Private Events
Private/semi-private lounge bookings can be made by enquiry; minimum spend varies by date/time.

Accessibility
Our venue is fully accessible. Our team will be happy to assist with accessible seating upon request.

Age Restrictions
Children are welcome until 9pm and must be counted in the total guest number.
Please note, we do not offer a children’s menu.
Guests must be 21+ to visit 9pm onwards and other select occasions. -
Dress Code
Smart elegant: no shorts, beachwear, flip-flops, or sportswear; local attire accepted until 9pm

Extra Charges
Service charge, VAT, municipality fees; valet parking complimentary.

Late Arrivals / Grace Period
A 15-minute grace period is extended for all reservations.
Arrival beyond the grace period may result in reassignment to the next available seating. -
Smoking Policy
Smoking permitted in designated terrace areas only.

Photography & Drones
Personal photography allowed; drones and pro equipment prohibited unless authorised

Weather Contingencies
In the event of unexpected weather, we will do our utmost to accommodate changes. Original seating selections will be honoured where possible.
